MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES     Responsibilities: Assist in managing and monitoring of renovation/fitting-out works with coordination and follow up with all parties concerned To conduct diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties To handle tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc. Perform regular site visits for tracking works progress, monitoring the project schedule as well as ensuring the quality of work. To work within capital expenditure budgets and within time deadlines Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested. Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines; Minimum 4 years relevant experience in renovation / A&A and fitting-out project management Previous experience in shopping mall projects would be an advantage Familiar with statutory submission requirements and procedures Team player with a high level of responsibility & commitment Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese Well-versed in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
