Business Development Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow the organization’s client base and revenue. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. Present and promote the company’s range of solutions and services. Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities. Project & Coordination Support Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives. Support clients through all stages of the engagement process, from initial enquiry to completion. Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all components. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs and expectations are met. Conduct meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions to secure new business. Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies. Provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives. Reporting & Analysis Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions. Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for management review. Analyze performance data and market feedback to support business planning. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent understanding of the hospitality sector, including market trends and client needs. Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver client-focused solutions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Individuals who find joy in making our customers happy.
