프로젝트 Vehicle(REF, PFV, SPC 등)설립 및 청산 업무 프로젝트 Vehicle(REF, PFV, SPC 등)에 대한 펀드 운용 지원 및 전반적인 관리 자금 집행, 배당, 결산, 세무신고 등 펀드 운용 전반의 검토 및 운영 지원 자산 매입 및 준공 시 취득세 검토 업무 대내외 보고 자료 작성 및 투자자, 수탁사, 외부 기관 대응 지원 프로젝트별 예산 업무 각종 계약서 및 약정서 상 주요 조건 및 준수사항 점검 Fund Admin 팀 업무 조율 및 주니어 인력 업무 가이드 제공 펀드 관련 운용/관리 프로세스 검토 및 개선 지원 기타 펀드 운용과 관련된 제반 어드민 및 지원 업무 총괄 Establishment and liquidation of project vehicles (REF, PFV, SPC, etc.). Support fund operations and overall management related to project vehicles. Review and assist in fund operations, including capital disbursement, dividend distribution, financial closing, and tax filings. Review acquisition taxes related to asset purchases and project completion. Prepare internal and external reporting materials and support communication with investors, trustees, and external institutions. Manage project-specific budgets. Review key terms and compliance requirements in various contracts and agreements. Coordinate Fund Admin team activities and provide guidance to junior staff. Support the review and improvement of fund operation and management processes. Oversee and handle other administrative and operational support tasks related to fund management. 자산운용사 또는 금융기관에서의 펀드 운용/관리 관련 경력 보유자 (필수) 금융투자업 종사에 결격사유가 없는 자 (필수) 펀드 오퍼레이션 및 관리 업무에 대한 전반적인 이해와 실무 경험 보유자 내부 유관부서 및 외부 기관과의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량 부동산, 특별자산, PFV, SPC 등 대체투자 펀드 관련 업무 경험 펀드 관련 자격증 보유자 (투자자산운용사 등) 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 MS Office(특히 Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능력 우수자 프로젝트 단위 업무 조율 및 검토 경험 보유자 Proven experience in fund management and administration at asset management companies or financial institutions (mandatory). No legal or regulatory disqualifications for working in the financial investment industry (mandatory). Strong practical experience and comprehensive understanding of fund operations and administration. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal departments and external institutions. Experience with alternative investment funds, including real estate, special assets, PFVs, and SPCs. Relevant professional certifications in fund management (e.g., Licensed Investment Manager). Proficiency in business English communication. Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in coordinating and reviewing project-based tasks.
