What you will work on Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, reviewing applications, and conducting initial and in-person/virtual interviews. Administer all hiring process stages (e.g., job postings, candidate assessments, and offer letters). Develop and update job descriptions, specifications, and tailored interview questions based on position requirements. Design and post job advertisements across internal, external, and various online job boards. Cultivate strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from initial application through to the final stages. Maintain talent pipelines of prospective and past candidates for future staffing needs. Track and report on recruiting process metrics. Provide support to the wider Talent Acquisition Team on various HR initiatives as required. What you bring Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline. Up to 1 year of professional experience in a recruiting role, such as Junior Recruiter or Recruitment Assistant. Proficiency with recruiting software (ATS) and utilizing social networks for talent sourcing. Familiarity with the end-to-end hiring process (screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English. Strong people-oriented mindset. Effective time management, prioritization, and scheduling abilities.
