What we are looking for  As a Media Manager at Novibet , you will lead media strategy and execution in Mexico, covering both above-the-line (ATL) and digital video channels, including programmatic and OTT/CTV. What you will work on Own the integrated media strategy across ATL and digital video Plan, negotiate, and manage TV, radio, OOH, and cinema buys Lead digital video execution across key platforms and partners Build media plans for brand campaigns, sports activations, and product launches Manage media budgets and optimize spend across channels Select and manage agencies and media partners Define measurement frameworks and track performance KPIs Ensure compliance with local regulations and platform policies Hire and lead the Mexico media team Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders What you bring 5+ years’ experience in media planning and buying across ATL and online video Proven experience managing large media budgets and negotiations Strong understanding of brand and performance measurement Knowledge of the Mexican media landscape Fluency in Spanish and English Experience in regulated industries (ideally gambling or gaming) Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with major online video and programmatic buying platforms (e.g. YouTube, OTT/CTV, DSPs) What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet !
