Provide financial accounting support across ESR Malaysia corporate entities and fund entities. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results for internal close and external reporting. Ensure internal controls are in line with corporate governance best practices.   Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance function Preparation of the consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines and to maintain accurate accounting records Preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecasts   Preparation of the cashflow balances and forecast   Ensure income distribution are done accurately and in a timely manner  Review of GST, withholding tax, FATCA and CRS returns and ensure submission in a timely manner    Track development project costings  Ensure strict compliance with all accounting standards, tax, statutory, regulatory, legislative requirements and legal obligations (such as Venture and Partnership Agreements)  Ensure Transfer Pricing documentation are put in place for related party transactions  Manage external audits   Administrator role for the bank accounts   Develop SOP and internal controls and ensure they are put in place   Liaise with both internal and external parties including Logos Group, investors, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and regulators   Ad hoc projects as requested Minimum a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/ Banking or equivalent  Preferably with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA)  An eye for details and IT literate in MS Office and accounting software   Good analytical and interpersonal skills  At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position
