Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the leasing portfolio. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, brokers, and industry partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth. Oversee the entire leasing process, including property showings, negotiations, and lease agreements. Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Provide training and guidance to leasing staff to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices. Collect and analyze data related to leasing pipelines and prepare insightful reports. Coordinate with teams to present data effectively in meetings and support marketing activities. Provide comprehensive support to the Business Development team in various aspects of projects and business analysis. Support ongoing projects by providing business analysis and strategic input. Leverage industry contacts and relationships to acquire tenants and manage client accounts. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, leasing, or real estate management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Proficiency in using leasing management software and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues. Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
