SUPO) The Mission of the Treasury Specialist The Treasury Specialist will report to the Global Head of Treasury and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day Treasury function. Treasury Team Mandate The Treasury team at ICEYE is part of the broader CFO organization and is primarily responsible for: Managing the company’s cash and liquidity across countries, entities, and currencies and maximizing interest income on idle cash Originating and managing the company’s debt financings Issuing performance and financial guarantees and letters of credit (“LC”) to support contracts and business growth Managing and hedging foreign exchange exposures  Owning and maintaining existing and prospective corporate banking relationships Managing the company’s collateral Originating and maintaining corporate insurances Administering ICEYE’s global cards program and online bank platforms Initial Responsibilities Leading the documentation and issuance of performance guarantees and letters of credit globally Participating in meetings with banks and other external financial stakeholders Managing and monitoring the company’s collateral Administering ICEYE’s global corporate cards program Leading the bank account opening process globally and owning the ongoing AML and KYC requirements globally Partnering with other teams – within Finance and outside of Finance – on ad hoc projects at the direction of the CFO and/or Global Head of Treasury Role-specific Competences Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent field. Masters degree in finance preferred Minimum of 4 years of professional and relevant working experience in internal treasury/treasury operations; experience working in a scale-up environment is preferred Prior experience with issuing financial guarantees and LCs Understanding of corporate debt instruments, credit risk, and cash management Effective multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Comfort presenting to senior audiences with confidence and conviction Ability to read, write, and speak English at an advanced level Application Proces s Meeting with Talent Attraction Team  On-site interview with the Head of Global Treasury Interviews with Finance colleagues Interview with CFO
