What You'll Do: Help manage client and consultant relationships and address inquiries or concerns; Reach out to potential clients to schedule meetings and presentations, with direct supervision of the Service Delivery Management team; Support the Service Delivery Management team with the development and implementation of business development strategies; Handle general office management tasks such as answering phones, sorting and distributing incoming mail, maintaining office filing, and organizing meetings; Handle general inquiries and provide information to staff, clients, and visitors; Assist different departments with administrative tasks as needed; Promote teamwork and build effective relationships with internal departments to address consultants’ and clients’ questions and expectations; Participate in the overall business activity, by encouraging innovative and stimulating work environment evolutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English and French. Knowledge of other languages is an asset; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet use.
