Executive Assistant (to CFO & GC) Finance and Legal Espoo Reports to Chief of Staff to CFO Permanent  Hybrid / Office Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required) The Mission of the Executive Assistant As an Executive Assistant, you provide trusted, high-impact support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and General Counsel (GC), while also supporting the CFO Office more broadly. You enable the CFO and GC to operate effectively in a fast-moving, highly confidential, and complex international environment. The role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and a strong ability to manage time, logistics, and day-to-day execution in close alignment with executive and business  priorities. You bring structure, clarity, and foresight to demanding schedules, complex coordination, and information flows. You anticipate needs, think several steps ahead, and ensure that details are handled accurately, proactively, and on time. You are comfortable making decisions, prioritizing on behalf of senior leaders, and adapting quickly as circumstances change. This role is well suited to someone with senior-level experience who enjoys working closely with executives, understands the context of finance and legal environments, and takes pride in being highly organized, reliable, and proactive. Who We Are ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits. As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience. ICEYE operates internationally with offices in Finland, Poland, Spain, Japan, the UAE, Greece, and the US. The company has more than 900 employees, inspired by the shared vision of improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation. Outcomes Act as a trusted partner to the CFO and GC, with a primary focus on time management, travel coordination, and logistics, ensuring their days run smoothly and efficiently. Proactively manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, making well-judged decisions on scheduling, prioritization, and meeting logistics, and anticipating needs to resolve conflicts before they impact executive effectiveness. Manage end-to-end travel planning and logistics, including international travel, itineraries, meeting coordination, and last-minute changes, resolving issues calmly and independently. Ensure executives are well prepared for meetings and travel by coordinating materials, agendas, and communication with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders, handling coordination with discretion and sound judgment. Support the CFO Office with practical, execution-focused assistance such as coordination, follow-ups, and maintaining trackers, timelines, and action lists. Create, maintain, and organize documents, presentations, trackers, and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strong visual quality across both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace environments. Administrative routines and information management are handled accurately and consistently, with strong attention to detail and timely follow-through. Collaborate closely with other Executive and Administrative Support teams to ensure consistent, high-quality executive support and smooth coverage.
