SUPO) The Mission of the Head of Global Operations   The Head of Operations Deployment is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing sites operate in full compliance with approved manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role provides global oversight of manufacturing execution, enforces the quality management system, and ensures transparent reporting and alignment with the original factory. Expected Outcomes Manufacturing compliance and execution: Focus on the manufacturing operations deployment at ICEYE subsidiaries Support with setup of manufacturing governance, metrics, and reporting of the deployment status Support in reporting of the deployment status to the GMO in order to capture the regional specifics into centrally governed quality management system Quality management system enforcement: Ensure full implementation, adherence, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System across all manufacturing sites. Reporting to the original factory: Provide regular, accurate, and transparent reporting to original manufacturing Escalate critical issues, risks etc. to the GMO leadership Support and train (if required) the primary manufacturing representative (head of manufacturing) at the location in reporting to GMO Leadership and collaboration: Lead, coach, and develop manufacturing and quality leadership teams at site and regional levels. Foster a strong quality culture where compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement are embedded in daily operations. Collaborate closely with all stakeholders involved in operations ensuring support to deliver the products.
