Drive pipeline: Set up high-quality meetings and demos for the sales team—or better yet, take the lead in closing deals yourself. Crush your goals: Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for leads, opportunities, and closed business. Collaborate & improve: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive company growth. Energetic communicator: Whether it’s over the phone, email, or Zoom, your enthusiasm and professionalism shine through. 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role (preferably in SaaS or B2B sales) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
