Role Overview: We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented Production Associate to own coordination across our global factory network, ensuring flawless process execution from purchase order to shipment. You will leverage your NetSuite knowledge and production coordination experience to orchestrate timelines, documentation, and communication—playing a critical role in delivering our high-quality product. Key Responsibilities: Purchase Order (PO) Management Draft, place, and submit POs to factories. Track production milestones against PO expectations. Update NetSuite with PO details, amendments, and confirmations with precision. Time and Action (TNA) Calendar Oversight Build and maintain TNAs for seasonal production cycles. Monitor critical milestones (fabric deliveries, sampling dates, bulk production, QA checks). Alert stakeholders of any delays or deviations to ensure contingency plans are activated promptly. NetSuite Administration & Data Accuracy Maintain all production-related records—POs, vendor confirmations, lead times, shipment details—within NetSuite. Reconcile discrepancies between ERP data, factory reports, and logistics updates. Run and distribute regular reports on production status, inventory, and vendor performance. Vendor & Internal Coordination Serve as the primary liaison with factories—facilitating seamless communication between vendors, QA teams, and logistics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Logistics, Finance) to anticipate needs and alert to potential bottlenecks. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement Proactively identify production challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve them. Help refine SOPs for production systems workflows, TNAs, and NetSuite updates to improve time-to-delivery and data fidelity. 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on e-commerce operations. Deep expertise with the Shopify platform, including storefront customization, app integrations, and performance optimization. Proven track record leading product teams and managing complex technical projects. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel). Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with engineering teams. Preferred Skills: 1–3 years in production coordination, supply chain, or operations—preferably in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience managing POs and TNAs across multiple factories. Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to timelines. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with net-based reporting is a plus. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize external factory communications.
