We are seeking a skilled Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual who can effectively handle multiple campaigns to drive growth and engagement. Schedule : Mon to Fri - 9 AM EST 10 - 20 Hours / week Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest (Required). Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives. Create reports and communicate performance metrics effectively. Utilize Asana for ticket management (preferred but not required). Familiarity with Triplewhale for analytics and reporting (preferred but not required). Proven experience with Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest Ads. Available to work in EST time zone Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Asana and Triplewhale is a plus but not mandatory.
