Position: Executive Assistant Location: Remote Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to executives, managing their schedules, itineraries, and correspondence. Draft and edit emails, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and professionalism. Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and taking minutes, ensuring all materials are prepared and shared timely. Manage travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries. Assist in project management, tracking progress and deadlines, and ensuring alignment across teams. Conduct research and compile data for decision-making and reporting purposes. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, building relationships to promote effective communication. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role. Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work. Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus. To be successful in this role, you will need: Expertise in calendar management and travel coordination. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of project management principles is a plus. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
