Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and deals, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing. Reviewing customer emails and communications to ensure they’re in line with our brand guidelines. Helping create resources and materials for your team to share externally with partners Observing external introduction calls and providing feedback to associates who are assisting our customers. Track and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and team productivity. Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure the projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization. Completing ad-hoc tasks across entities including month-end close relevant tasks A bachelor’s degree in the field of business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, food tech is a bonus! Experience in leading a sales team of at least 3-5 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Skills in conducting sales training, managing pipelines, developing sales strategies, overseeing deal management, and closing deals. Excellent English Communication and Presentation skills Strong Research and Analytical skills A Detail Oriented Follow-Up Strategy Knowledgeable in Google Suite and Hubspot
