Collaborate with content creators and influencers to amplify product reach and engagement. Create engaging short-form video content and ads that align with TikTok trends and audience preferences. Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance. Stay updated with TikTok's algorithm changes, features, and best practices. Monitor and manage budgets for TikTok  Identify new content strategies and opportunities to accelerate growth on the platform - feeding into brand team, working closely on edits to optimise content Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms. Identify opportunities for cross-platform promotions and collaborations. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates. Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI. Proven experience managing TikTok E-Commerce or marketing campaigns. Experience in beauty/ fashion/lifestyle marketing Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions. Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social commerce strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with a strong attention to details.
