This role will lead e-commerce strategy, website performance, and customer experience with a strong focus on wellness-driven storytelling and conversion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a high-impact e-commerce strategy tailored to the health and wellness market. Lead website operations, UX/UI improvements, and technical performance to ensure a seamless and engaging experience. Monitor and analyze web analytics, user behavior, and sales data to implement data-driven improvements. Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to launch digital campaigns that align with our wellness mission and product launches. Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory, pricing strategies, and promotional calendars. Qualifications: 5+ years in a senior web or e-commerce leadership role, preferably in the health, wellness, or consumer goods space. Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and heatmapping software. Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the wellness space, including lifecycle marketing, SEO, and CRO. Proven success in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement through digital channels. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
