This role is for Weekday's client. We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and enhance our service offerings , including last-mile deliveries and comprehensive supply chain solutions . Key Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to derive insights that drive business and operational improvements. Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for key stakeholders. Utilize Python and SQL to perform advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting. Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to optimize decision-making. Identify key metrics and trends to enhance last-mile delivery and supply chain efficiency. Drive A/B testing, forecasting, and predictive analytics for continuous optimization. Ensure data integrity and accuracy while working with large-scale datasets. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, modeling, and automation. Strong knowledge of product analytics, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) . Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce data is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
