This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and drive digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads , with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of marketing campaigns to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and brand awareness. Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads . Manage and maintain social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Google) while creating engaging content. Launch and manage online advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences. Design and execute lead generation campaigns tailored for home buyers through Google Ads and social media . Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics , adjusting strategies for maximum ROI. Skills & Abilities: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing . Ability to develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns . Experience in content creation and audience engagement strategies . Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management software . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data. Excellent communication skills , creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications , or a related field (or equivalent experience). Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment , managing multiple priorities effectively.
