FULL TIME REMOTE Position:  Virtual Assistant Type of contract:  Independent contractor Position Overview: As a virtual assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and their teams with administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be responsible for streamlining day-to-day processes, handling client communications, managing schedules, and ensuring top-tier virtual support that allows law firms to focus on what they do best—practicing law. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for legal professionals. Respond to emails, client inquiries, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner. Handle data entry, document preparation, and file organization using cloud-based platforms. Conduct legal research and draft routine correspondence when required. Assist in onboarding and maintaining client databases and CRM systems. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and case status updates as needed. Coordinate with Legal Soft’s internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant, legal assistant, or similar administrative role. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM systems. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with time management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Bonus: Experience supporting law firms or knowledge of legal terminology. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with legal management tools such as Clio, MyCase, or PracticePanther Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Knowledge of case intake processes, calendaring, and legal document formatting
