This role is for one of the Weekday's clients We are seeking Computer Science PhDs to contribute to a high-impact project with a leading AI research lab. This role offers competitive pay of $65–$75/hour . In this position, you will apply your domain expertise to craft high-quality, challenging problems that have real-world applicability and help advance frontier large language models. Your work will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI innovation. Ideal Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Computer Science from a top university Exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent proficiency in English Based in U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand Key Responsibilities Work asynchronously with a team of domain experts Craft, solve, and review challenging, real-world problems Contribute 10–20 hours per week, with potential for increased hours and project extension Fully remote and flexible schedule Start Date Late September, with rolling application review Interview Process Complete a short interview to assess domain expertise Paid onboarding time (up to 1 hour) including the screening process and onboarding videos if hired Compensation & Legal Details Legally classified as an hourly contractor Weekly payment via Stripe Connect
