This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1100000 (ie INR 6-11 LPA) Min Experience: 5 years Location: Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to help clients achieve their financial goals through tailored investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning. This role involves developing personalized financial plans, managing investment portfolios, and offering expert advice across areas such as tax planning, insurance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate financial expertise, build long-lasting client relationships, and contribute to the overall mission of delivering exceptional wealth management services. Key Objectives: Assist senior investment advisors and business heads in implementing effective investment strategies. Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients, understanding their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Conduct detailed financial assessments to evaluate current financial standing and identify growth opportunities. Develop and implement customized financial plans aligned with client-specific goals and risk profiles. Recommend appropriate investment options, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and other instruments based on in-depth market research. Regularly monitor and review client portfolios, making necessary adjustments to reflect changes in market conditions or client needs. Provide consistent financial advice and proactive solutions to support long-term wealth growth. Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, legal, estate planning) to offer holistic financial solutions. Contribute to the organization’s financial objectives through effective financial planning and client engagement. Keep abreast of economic trends, market updates, and regulatory developments to offer timely and relevant financial guidance. Qualifications & Experience: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5 to 8 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services. Solid understanding of financial markets, portfolio management, and investment products. Skilled in financial analysis tools, portfolio management systems, CRM platforms, and the MS Office suite. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with HNI clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a performance-driven approach. Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex financial concepts in a client-friendly manner. Ethical, trustworthy, and compliant with industry regulations and best practices. NISM V-A certification is mandatory. Additional certifications like CFP, PMS, or IRDA are highly desirable.
