This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 7000000 - Rs 10000000 (ie INR 70-100 LPA) Min Experience: 20 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time The Cluster Head – Sales & Marketing will be a senior leadership role responsible for driving overall sales and marketing strategy across multiple business units within the assigned cluster. This position operates at an AVP/VP level and plays a critical role in scaling revenues, strengthening market presence, and leading large, diverse portfolios. Experience & Seniority Minimum 20+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing Experience operating at AVP / VP / Senior Leadership level Proven track record of managing large portfolio sizes and complex business structures Key Responsibilities Own and drive the overall sales and marketing strategy for the cluster Manage and scale large revenue portfolios across multiple divisions Lead and mentor Business Unit Heads / Division Heads , who will report directly into this role Set growth targets and ensure achievement of revenue, market share, and profitability goals Align sales and marketing initiatives with organizational objectives Provide strategic direction on market expansion, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across business units Collaborate closely with senior leadership to support long-term business growth Key Skills Sales Strategy & Execution Marketing Leadership Large Portfolio Management Multi-Business / Cluster Leadership Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
