Scope of the Role You will be responsible for producing high-quality vector-based artwork and preparing complex, multi-layered files for outputs across print, digital, and merchandise. The ideal candidate combines technical mastery with creative vision, ensuring consistency and excellence across all projects. Key Responsibilities Create precise, high-quality vector illustrations, icons, and production assets using Adobe Illustrator. Develop artwork that balances realism and cartoon-inspired styles, reflecting our brand aesthetic. Manage and optimize complex Photoshop files (100+ layers) with a focus on non-destructive editing. Deliver production-ready files across print, digital, and merchandise formats. Collaborate with the creative team to refine concepts, meet project objectives, and maintain high standards. Organize assets for efficient workflows, including layer structuring, file naming, and exporting. Stay current with design trends and AI-powered tools to enhance creative output. Requirements 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, and production. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop . Strong ability to draw realistically, our style blends cartoon and realism. Portfolio showcasing vector-based illustration and layered file work. Experience in production design (print, web, branding assets). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and file management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects. Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Background in branding, packaging, or advertising. Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects. Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
