Key Responsibilities Lead and own the overall IT recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth plans and long-term workforce needs Drive hiring across a wide range of technology roles, including niche, leadership, and high-volume positions Build, mentor, and manage recruitment teams, setting clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans Partner closely with business leaders, HR, and delivery teams to understand hiring priorities and translate them into actionable recruitment plans Establish and optimize recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and offer management practices Oversee employer branding, candidate experience, and market positioning to attract top technology talent Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track hiring performance, cost, time-to-fill, and quality metrics Manage vendor relationships, recruitment partners, and external consultants to ensure efficiency and compliance Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure fair, inclusive, and unbiased recruitment practices Stay updated on technology trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to proactively address skill gaps Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring policies, and internal governance standards Support workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership hiring in collaboration with senior management What Makes You a Great Fit 14+ years of progressive experience in IT recruitment, including leadership roles managing large or distributed hiring teams Deep understanding of technology skill ecosystems, hiring trends, and competitive talent markets Proven ability to design and execute scalable recruitment strategies in fast-paced or high-growth environments Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align hiring outcomes with business goals Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics, and process optimization Excellent people leadership skills, with a track record of building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing recruiters Strategic mindset combined with operational rigor and attention to detail Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight timelines A leadership style rooted in ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
