This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 15-20 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth and strategic expansion initiatives. This role involves leading the full sales lifecycle, building strong client partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth through a consultative and insight-led approach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and deliver long-term value. Key Responsibilities Drive revenue growth by executing effective sales strategies and achieving assigned targets across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and strategic outreach. Lead complex sales conversations with senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Present and position technology-driven solutions to address customer pain points and business objectives. Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification and solution demonstrations to negotiations, deal closure, and handover. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and uncover new opportunities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on lead generation, solution positioning, and customer feedback. Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion efficiency. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development , preferably within SaaS, fintech, or technology-led organizations. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is strongly preferred. Exposure to financial services or expense management solutions is an advantage. High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned region, as required.
