This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1200000 - Rs 2000000 (ie INR 12-20 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to take end-to-end ownership of revenue growth initiatives. This role involves leading strategy, planning, and execution while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify high-impact business opportunities, and successfully close complex deals, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets. Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across mid-to-large enterprises. Lead complex sales discussions with senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Present and position fintech, SaaS, or expense management solutions to address customer business needs. Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure. Ensure smooth post-sale handover and maintain ongoing client engagement to maximize value. Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and solution positioning. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology-led organizations. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and negotiation strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly preferred. Exposure to expense management or financial products is an added advantage. High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
