This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: Chennai JobType: full-time We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Specialist with strong expertise in real estate contracts and conveyancing processes. The role requires hands-on experience in contract drafting, lease abstraction, and lease management, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure legal and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end conveyancing activities, including real estate contracts, lease abstraction, and lease management. Draft, review, and manage vendor-facing and customer-facing contracts. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and transactional risks while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Provide expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clients throughout the contract lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and managing expectations effectively. Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports, trackers, and documentation. Work independently while handling multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives to enhance team capability. Qualifications & Experience Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM). Work Experience 2–5 years of experience in conveyancing and real estate contract management. Strong exposure to contracts drafting, lease abstraction, and lease administration. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Hands-on experience with tools such as SAP, Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Sign , or similar platforms. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint . Proven experience in drafting and managing real estate, vendor, and customer contracts. Behavioral Skills Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities. Customer-centric approach with attention to detail and accuracy. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to take on challenges and manage multiple responsibilities.
