This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 5 years JobType: full-time Key Responsibilities Develop strategies, frameworks, and procedures to ensure efficient ERP rollout and adoption across the organization. Manage ERP projects of varying sizes and complexities, overseeing full lifecycle implementations from initiation to go-live and post-deployment support. Create clear, detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Implement effective scope management, risk mitigation, and budget control to ensure successful project delivery according to plan. Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership teams. Design and execute test plans, validate test data, document results, and ensure ERP functionality aligns with business requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring strong people management and collaboration throughout project execution. Ensure ERP customization and configurations meet specific workflow requirements to support operational efficiency. Create and maintain detailed project documentation, monitor progress, and align deliverables with project timelines. Oversee database management, data collection, analysis, and the generation of reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Hands-on experience with Acumatica or similar ERP platforms to drive successful implementation and adoption.
