This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Remote (India) JobType: full-time As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will own end-to-end revenue and growth initiatives, driving strategy, planning, and execution in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will lead from the front by building strong, long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value deals while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and trust. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a focus on sustainable growth and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Drive and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets across mid-to-large enterprise accounts. Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through consultative and solution-led selling. Lead complex sales discussions with senior decision-makers across finance, operations, and leadership teams. Present fintech, SaaS, or expense/financial management solutions effectively, aligning offerings to customer needs. Own the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to solution demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure. Ensure a seamless handover post-sale and maintain ongoing engagement to maximize customer success. Manage and grow existing accounts through renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities, focusing on long-term value creation. Monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscapes to refine go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality, solution positioning, and conversion rates. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven organizations. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and contract negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions is highly preferred. Exposure to financial products, expense management, ERP, or CRM solutions is an advantage. High level of ownership, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
