This role focuses on designing test frameworks, enabling high-quality releases, and embedding a strong quality mindset across engineering teams. You will work closely with developers to ensure reliability, performance, and confidence in every release. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels. Build and manage comprehensive test suites for critical product workflows, ensuring high coverage and reliability. Enable and guide developers to contribute effectively to automated test coverage. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe, repeatable, and verifiable releases. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define, document, and implement testing best practices. Drive a culture of quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Required Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an SDET or Software Engineer with a strong focus on test automation. Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and Cypress . Strong understanding of API, UI, and integration testing strategies. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable automation code and support testable system design. Experience integrating automated tests into CI systems and pipelines . Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a builder mindset—focused on creating frameworks, not just executing tests.
