This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 10000000 - Rs 25000000 (ie INR 100-250 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: USA JobType: full-time We’re looking for a Founding Product Engineer to help define and build the technical foundation of our AI-powered documentation platform. This is a rare opportunity to join as one of our first full-stack hires at a seed-stage startup with strong product-market fit and rapid growth potential. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to develop end-to-end user-facing features and have the opportunity to evolve into a future tech lead as the company scales. What You’ll Own As a founding product engineer, you’ll take full ownership of major product areas, spanning backend to frontend: Voice agent for in-visit documentation Coding agent workflows and automation Analytics dashboards and data pipelines for clinicians and administrators Dynamic visit guides with real-time prompting Customer-editable documentation behavior and rules You’ll work across the full stack—designing APIs, building robust backend systems, and creating intuitive interfaces that users love. Your Impact (First Year) Scale the platform to support growing enterprise demand, delivering measurable productivity improvements for clients Build and ship complete user-facing features autonomously Implement infrastructure that supports real-time documentation processing Establish engineering best practices for a growing team Own product areas end-to-end that directly impact thousands of users What We’re Looking For Must-haves: Senior-level full-stack engineering experience with strong product development skills Comfortable owning features from backend to frontend Experience scaling platforms in high-growth environments Expertise in database modeling, API design, and systems architecture Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into shipped products Strong focus on UX, iteration speed, and real-world usability Thrives in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid execution Extraordinary qualities: Experience with AI/ML platforms, particularly audio processing or NLP Seed to Series B startup experience Previous founding engineer experience Background in healthcare or regulated industries Enterprise B2B SaaS exposure Real-time systems expertise Strong frontend development skills Skills Founding Engineer, Full-Stack Development, Product Development, API Design, Systems Architecture, Real-Time Systems, AI/ML (optional)
