This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 2 years Location: pune JobType: full-time We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our IT hiring function. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technology roles while working closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple client requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in building high-quality tech teams by identifying, engaging, and closing top talent across various technical domains. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT recruitment , from requirement understanding and sourcing to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding Partner closely with clients and hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, timelines, and hiring priorities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, regular updates, and strong relationship management Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking channels Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle to reduce drop-offs Handle offer negotiations, manage candidate expectations, and ensure successful closures Maintain accurate recruitment data, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics Stay updated on IT market trends, in-demand technologies, and hiring best practices Required Skills & Competencies Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with candidates, clients, and internal teams Client Management : Proven ability to manage multiple clients, understand business needs, and deliver results within defined timelines IT Recruitment Expertise : Strong experience hiring for IT roles such as software developers, QA, DevOps, data, cloud, and emerging tech roles Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously Good organizational and time-management skills Experience & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment Experience working with staffing firms, recruitment consultancies, or in-house TA teams is preferred Hands-on experience using ATS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus)
