The ideal candidate will be fluent in tools like Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and Zapier-style integrations, and will leverage automation to streamline marketing operations, content production, and competitive analysis. This role is designed for a builder—someone who thrives on connecting systems, reducing manual work, and creating repeatable processes that scale. Key Responsibilities Automation & Workflow Development Design and implement automated workflows using Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, and related tools. Build and manage LLM-powered processes to generate, track, and organize marketing content. Integrate tools to produce and monitor brand identity kits, content calendars, and posts. Marketing Ops Automation Automate account monitoring, logs, and reporting. Support SEO-focused initiatives through competitor research automation. Develop systems to centralize data and insights for decision-making. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing and client delivery teams to identify opportunities for automation. Train team members on new automations and document processes for scalability. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, marketing ops, or technical product roles. Hands-on expertise with Make.com, Lindy, Gumloop, Zapier, or equivalent automation tools. Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI workflows. Experience building automations for content, marketing, and SEO functions. Analytical mindset; comfortable with data, logs, and competitive research. Ability to work 20 hours per week, primarily in EST, with flexibility for global clients.
