Responsibilities Identify and implement scalable process improvements for operational efficiency. Partner with IT, digital teams, and third-party platform providers to troubleshoot operational issues and test new functionality. Contribute to UAT testing and reviews for operational features. Act as the central point of contact for daily operational needs across departments (logistics, marketing, customer service, and commercial teams). Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve customer issues and identify root causes of recurring problems. Track KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, data protection laws (GDPR), and eCommerce best practices. Minimize risk by setting clear policies around order exceptions, fraud, and returns. Minimum 2–4 years in E-commerce operations, ideally in a high-volume, multichannel retail environment. Experience in managing teams or cross-functional project groups. Hands-on familiarity with ERP and E-commerce platforms. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a strong advantage. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
