This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS product sales to drive new business across the Indian market. This is a high-impact, hands-on closing role focused on winning large, complex enterprise deals and engaging senior decision-makers. Candidates from services, consulting, agency, or purely relationship-driven sales backgrounds are not suitable for this role. Key Responsibilities Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure. Drive new logo acquisition within mid-market and enterprise accounts across India. Engage with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, Founders, VPs, and functional heads to manage complex sales motions. Close high-value deals typically ranging from ₹25L to ₹1Cr+ in ARR. Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasts. Share market insights and customer feedback to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Mandatory Requirements 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales (mandatory). Current or recent experience in a product-based SaaS organization. Proven success in closing enterprise and large mid-market deals in India. Strong experience managing complex, long sales cycles.
