Key Responsibilities: Write highly personalized, engaging cold emails that spark interest and build trust. Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Reply.io, and Zendesk. Research prospects in industries like hospitality, retail, and wellness, tailoring outreach to their unique needs. Track campaign performance and refine messaging based on results. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to test messaging, refine targeting, and share insights. Exceptional writing skills — ability to craft concise, persuasive, and value-driven messages. Strong work ethic — willingness to put in the manual effort where it makes a difference. Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Reply, Zendesk).
