As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Senior Manager – Analytics to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives across key business functions. Role Overview: As the Senior Manager – Analytics, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead the analytics function and work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Risk, Collections, and Customer Service. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on analytics skills, and strong leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights that impact business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of analysts, setting the vision for analytics across the organization and ensuring high-quality data insights. Cross-Functional Analytics: Design, implement, and manage analytics solutions across Sales, Marketing, Risk, Collections, and Customer Service to optimize performance and drive growth. Data Strategy & Reporting: Build dashboards, reports, and automated analytics tools to track KPIs, monitor business health, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Business Impact Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities across customer segments, product offerings, and operational processes. Predictive & Prescriptive Modeling: Develop models to forecast sales, risk, collections, and customer behavior to enable proactive decision-making. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, translate them into analytics solutions, and communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and analysis processes, implement best practices, and ensure data integrity and accuracy. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. 5–6 years of analytics experience in a fintech, banking, or financial services environment, ideally with exposure to multiple business functions. Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent). Hands-on experience with predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and advanced statistical techniques. Proven ability to lead analytics projects end-to-end, from problem definition to actionable insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to business teams. Strong business acumen and a data-driven mindset to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
