You will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing events that are tailored to client objectives and delivered with precision. The position requires a strong understanding of the event management industry, hands-on execution capability, and the flexibility to manage events across multiple locations. It suits someone who can think on their feet, manage multiple stakeholders, and consistently deliver seamless event experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end events, ensuring alignment with client expectations and event objectives Develop event concepts and operational plans that translate ideas into flawless on-ground execution Manage vendors and partners including sourcing, onboarding, coordination, and performance management Lead venue and vendor negotiations to achieve optimal quality, timelines, and cost efficiency Oversee event production elements such as logistics, staging, audio-visuals, and on-site coordination Handle multi-city and outstation events, ensuring consistency and quality across locations Anticipate challenges and resolve issues quickly during planning and live event execution Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met for every event What Makes You a Great Fit Proven experience in event management with exposure to planning and executing events across different regions Strong industry knowledge with hands-on expertise in event production and coordination Excellent vendor and venue management skills with a strong negotiation mindset Quick thinker who can adapt to changing requirements and solve problems under pressure Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and committed to delivering bespoke event experiences
