The role serves as a vital link between parents, teachers, and school leadership, ensuring that operations run efficiently and professionally. As a School Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for many stakeholders and will help create a structured, welcoming, and well-managed school ecosystem. Your contribution will directly support academic teams and enhance the overall parent and student experience. Key Responsibilities Manage front-office operations, including visitor handling and daily administrative support Act as a primary contact for parents, addressing enquiries and coordinating communication Maintain and update school records, files, student data, and official documentation Coordinate closely with teachers and school management to support academic and operational needs Assist with admissions processes, enrolment documentation, and related follow-ups Support daily school operations to ensure schedules, processes, and activities run smoothly Use basic computer systems, email, and school ERP tools to manage administrative tasks Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and organization in all administrative activities What Makes You a Great Fit A graduate with prior experience in school or education administration (preferred) At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or education support role Strong verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable using basic computer applications such as MS Office, email, and ERP systems Calm, professional, and approachable when interacting with parents, staff, and visitors Reliable team player with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
