This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Pune JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Operations Trainer with a strong background in investment banking operations and financial products. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about knowledge-sharing and enjoy training, mentoring, and shaping early-career talent through structured and engaging learning programs. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Investment Banking Operations within an Investment Bank or Third-Party Financial Institution Bachelor’s degree in B.Com / BBM / BBA from a recognized university MBA or CFA qualification is an added advantage Strong understanding of Investment Banking products and core operations processes Prior experience in training, coaching, or knowledge delivery is preferred High enthusiasm and commitment toward training and classroom delivery Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver structured training on Investment Banking products and core operations processes to students and early-career professionals Conduct engaging classroom and virtual sessions using innovative training methodologies such as activity-based learning, role plays, case studies, and experiential learning Demonstrate high energy, enthusiasm, and passion to effectively engage learners Learning Evaluation & Mentorship Evaluate and grade assignments, case studies, and assessments, providing constructive feedback Counsel and mentor students regularly to improve performance and reduce placement rejections Support learners with career and placement guidance , ensuring readiness for industry roles Program & Assessment Support Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations for aspirants Collaborate with the training center to maintain high training standards and outcomes Maintain excellent training delivery quality in both online and offline formats Operational Requirements Willingness to work 6 days a week Open to travel when required for training delivery or assessments Skills Investment Banking Investment Banking Operations Investment Portfolios Investment Research Investment Advisory Financial Products & Processes
