This role involves counselling working professionals, managing qualified leads, and driving enrollments across a portfolio of career-focused programs delivered in collaboration with leading academic institutions. Key Responsibilities Counsel senior and mid-level working professionals on online degree and certification programs. Manage and convert a steady flow of qualified inbound leads through consultative selling. Own the complete sales lifecycle , from initial engagement to final enrollment. Conduct need-based counselling to help learners choose the right program aligned with their career goals. Follow up with prospects to close enrollments, including support with payments and documentation. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Build strong learner relationships through mentoring, guidance, and high-quality customer service. Consistently deliver a positive and professional learner experience. Experience & Skills Required 1–7 years of experience in Sales, Inside Sales, or B2C Sales (education sales preferred). Strong persuasion, consultative selling, and objection-handling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities. High level of empathy, patience, and active listening skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
