This role is ideal for a high-energy professional who thrives on cold outreach and knows how to engage decision-makers through compelling conversations. You will play a critical role in building a strong sales pipeline by connecting with potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and positioning the value proposition effectively to secure high-quality meetings. Key Responsibilities Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach . Engage prospects with clear, value-driven conversations to generate interest and book qualified meetings. Research and identify potential customers aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) . Qualify leads by understanding prospect needs, pain points, and buying intent. Schedule and hand over well-qualified meetings to the sales team with complete context. Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, lead, and follow-up records in CRM tools. Collaborate closely with sales teams to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in outbound sales with a strong focus on cold calling . Proven ability to secure meetings with senior decision-makers in SaaS or related industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline. Exposure to selling into US markets is a plus.
