This role blends luxury retail sales with expert styling, relationship-building, and deep product knowledge to help clients express their individuality through fine jewellery. Key Responsibilities Client Styling & Luxury Experience Deliver bespoke styling consultations based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and occasions. Curate jewellery selections that reflect the client’s personality while upholding luxury aesthetics. Educate clients on gemstones, craftsmanship, design inspiration, and emerging jewellery trends. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, trust, and follow-ups. Sales & Product Expertise Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling. Maintain thorough knowledge of jewellery collections, precious metals, gemstones, and customization offerings. Confidently communicate product value, exclusivity, and craftsmanship to clients. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation Ensure jewellery displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and aligned with luxury brand standards. Maintain impeccable product hygiene and presentation at all times. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Capture and manage client preferences, purchase history, and special occasions for personalized engagement. Proactively connect with clients via calls, messages, and invitations to previews or exclusive events. Team Collaboration Coordinate closely with retail teams, artisans, and management to ensure seamless customer experiences. Share customer insights, feedback, and market trends to support merchandising and sales strategies. Key Requirements Experience: 2–4 years in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or fine jewellery sales/styling. Education: Graduate in Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, or a related field (preferred). Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong sense of style, fashion aesthetics, and jewellery appreciation. Client-centric mindset with a polished, professional demeanor. Ability to engage high-net-worth clients with discretion and sophistication.
