This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 9 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time The Senior Manager – Performance Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of data-driven marketing initiatives across multiple e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong strategic and analytical mindset to drive sustainable business growth, maximize ROI, and scale high-value product portfolios. The role will manage a Marketing Executive to support campaign execution and performance reporting across platforms. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Strategy (Critical) Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance benchmarks to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Support go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches. Drive growth initiatives for premium and high-AOV products across digital marketplaces. Campaign Execution & Management Own, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Jio, and similar channels. Ensure campaigns are consistent with brand guidelines and aligned with broader marketing goals. Analytics & Reporting (Critical) Monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities. Create and present detailed performance reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, highlighting ROI and key business metrics. Budget Ownership (Critical) Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize returns. Track spends closely and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets with clear utilization reporting. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling creatives and high-performing messaging. Collaborate with SEO, social media, CRM, and other marketing teams to ensure integrated, consistent execution across channels. Market & Competitive Intelligence Stay updated on emerging performance marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices. Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks. Continuous Optimization (Critical) Drive experimentation through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization. Leverage data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, enhance efficiency, and reduce customer acquisition costs.
