This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Bangalore, Bengaluru JobType: full-time We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support B2B SaaS sales initiatives by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. This role focuses on initiating meaningful conversations with prospects and building a strong pipeline for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify B2B leads through a mix of outbound and inbound channels. Engage prospective customers via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Understand prospect requirements and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and activities in CRM systems. Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to continuously improve lead quality and conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation roles. Basic understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and buyer journeys. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and objection handling. Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
