This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 4 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end—from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization—while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization. Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria. Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and stakeholder communication. Track product performance using KPIs and user feedback, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs. Required Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or product-led organization. Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch and scale. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional scrum teams. Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on usability and value creation. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SaaS, B2B, B2C, or platform-based products. Exposure to analytics tools, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks. Background in engineering, design, or business is a plus. Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
