This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 3500000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 35-45 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Gurgaon JobType: full-time The Product Manager will own key consumer-facing experiences focused on user growth, engagement, and monetization . This role blends strong product thinking with a deep understanding of user behavior, incentives, and conversion mechanics to build scalable, high-impact consumer products. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product strategy for growth and monetization journeys, including discovery, rewards, pricing, redemption, and transactional flows Develop a deep understanding of user psychology, motivation loops, and engagement drivers Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product hypotheses, experiments, and measurable outcomes Partner closely with design to create intuitive, seamless, and low-friction user experiences Collaborate with engineering teams to ship features quickly while maintaining a high-quality user experience Analyze user behavior, funnels, drop-offs, and engagement metrics to continuously improve conversion and retention Lead experimentation through A/B testing, feature pilots, and cohort analysis Act as the voice of the user across the organization, consistently validating whether solutions deliver real user value What We’re Looking For 3–6 years of experience in Product Management Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing products Exposure to e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or transaction-heavy consumer applications Strong user empathy with a solid understanding of UX principles and behavioral psychology Experience working closely with designers and engineers in fast-paced environments Ability to think holistically in systems, incentives, and end-to-end user journeys Clear communication skills with structured, data-informed thinking Key Skills User Growth & Engagement Monetization & Pricing Strategy User Experience (UX) Loyalty & Rewards Programs Experimentation & A/B Testing Consumer Product Strategy
