This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time The Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing HNI/UHNI client relationships with a focus on long-term wealth creation. The role involves delivering comprehensive investment advisory services, achieving AUM targets, and ensuring high-quality client servicing through a consultative approach. Key Responsibilities Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients, focusing on long-term wealth creation and portfolio growth. Develop and maintain an AUM of INR 50 Cr or above . Provide end-to-end investment advisory services across equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, bonds, NCDs, and structured products. Understand client risk profiles and recommend tailored financial solutions. Achieve revenue and AUM targets through effective relationship management and cross-selling. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalance investments based on market dynamics. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal processes, and documentation standards. Collaborate with internal teams—product, research, and operations—to deliver seamless client servicing. Candidate Profile 5–6 years of experience in wealth management, preferably with private banks, broking houses, or AMCs. Proven track record in acquiring and managing an AUM of INR 50 Cr or more . Strong knowledge of investment products, including equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and fixed income instruments. Excellent client acquisition, relationship-building, and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as NISM VA / NISM XA+XB / CFP are preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.
